We are thrilled to be part of this event Mystics, Makers and Magick: a market that empowers through the arts. In this playful, hands-on workshop, we’ll transform the emotional tides of puberty, PMS, perimenopause, and menopause into bold, expressive puppet characters. Using socks, scraps, googly eyes, and a healthy dose of humor, we’ll give shape and voice to the moods we’re often told to silence. Participants are invited to explore the deep wisdom, wild swings, and raw power of their emotional experience—not as something to fix or hide, but as something to celebrate.
