In Moody Puppets, we channel the wild fluctuations of PMS, perimenopause, and menopause into vivid puppet characters, each embodying the spectrum of emotions. Women often navigate a ballet of hormones, experiencing swings from elation to fatigue, creativity to irritation. In this workshop, we don't suppress these emotions; we animate them. Using socks, scraps, and google eyes, we will create puppets that celebrate these moods. Embrace and personify your beautiful insanity, giving voice to the feelings we're often urged to quiet.
