What to Expect

Our aerial classes are designed to be playful, supportive, and confidence-building for both kids and adults. Classes include a gentle warm-up, guided exploration on the apparatus, and time for creative movement and connection. People learn side-by-side, building strength, trust, and coordination while discovering what it feels like to move in new ways.

Aerial is as much about curiosity as it is about skill. We encourage students to try, pause, adjust, and try again. Coming out of a pose, needing a rest, or changing your approach is part of the learning. Embracing “not yet” moments and what might even feel like failure helps build resilience, body awareness, and confidence — for both kids and grown-ups.

What to Bring / Wear

  • Comfortable, fitted clothing that covers the backs of knees and midriff

  • Leggings or long pants recommended

  • A shirt that won’t flip over when inverted

  • Bare feet or socks (no shoes on the apparatus)

  • Water bottle

Please remove jewelry before class.

A Note on Safety & Support

Classes are taught with care and options for different bodies and comfort levels. While certain aerial skills require specific steps, we embrace a wide range of movement styles and approaches. Listening to our bodies, communicating needs, and supporting one another are central to our practice.

Rather than striving for perfection, we explore how to make the art form feel uniquely ours, learning from one another along the way.
